How does the 30-Day free trial work?

You can try the fully-featured, unrestricted ftrack for free, on real projects for 30 days. If you continue onto the paid plans, all of your data will remain so you can continue with your project uninterrupted. Sign-up for a free trial to see how ftrack can help with your creative projects. You can cancel your trial at any time and still have access to ftrack for the remainder of the trial period. For further questions about evaluating ftrack, please contact sales@ftrack.com.

What kind of support do I get?

We have email support 7AM – 9PM CET, Monday – Friday, and depending on support level, support email monitoring 24/7 for critical issues. Please allow for up to 24 hours initial response time for non critical issues for Standard Support though you’ll typically get an answer within minutes. We also offer Enterprise support plan. How does annually billed work?

If you opt for annual billing, you will pay for 12 months up-front with a 20% discount over monthly billing.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Enterprise customers can also pay by bank transfer and PayPal.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, and cancel?

Yes. You can change your subscription plan or even cancel at any time from your account. Note that we don’t provide prorated refunds for downgrades or cancellations.

Is my data secure?

All communication with ftrack is sent over a SSL/HTTPS connection, the same technology used by banks. ftrack also has a powerful granular permission system for both your users and the custom data that you create. We can also offer ISO 27001 certified data centers and further restrictions such as which IP allowed to connect.

Can I host the server locally?

Yes, we support local hosting behind your corporate firewall for Enterprise customers only, with licenses billed annually.

How much media storage do I get?

100GB Amazon S3 storage is included in every company plan with the option to add-on more. Please contact sales@ftrack.com for upgrades.

Can I mix monthly and annual licenses?

Of course! You can have both monthly and annual licenses to suit your needs.

Can I mix between different support plans?

No, all of your licenses need to be on the same support plan.
